Happy sock!

The 1st sock is going well, I can't put it down, I really enjoy knitting this toe up. Although, I prefer knitting top down socks. LOL! I am about to cast on the 2nd sock and knit up to where the 1st sock is. That way both socks are done at about the same time. I usually do the same when knitting top down socks too. It's just easier to knit them at the same time or almost, I like to knit both cuffs, then both legs, make the heels and then the pair is almost done.

Anyone know about KnitWiki, the reference about knitting online, kinda neat! :)

Other than knitting, our weekend promises to be super busy. Both kids are going to the Montreal Games and have been working hard all week for this. Then on sunday it is Zoe's last dance class, so we are going to go see how much she has progressed. For the next few weeks the kids will be off of any activities, we've been running around since september so this is a well deserved break. I am planning on some summer activities but it won't be a super structured summer. I like to spend my time with them and just enjoy the days we have together until the whole school thing starts all over again. LOL!

In the fall I just may have a paying job waiting for me at school, I'd be helping at lunch time and earning some nice pocket money in return. The moms that take care of this are the same that trained me for the library gig, we have a blast each time we meet so this could be a lot of fun. I'd be taking care of the little kids aka the same ones I have at library time this year, so we all know each other already. Zoe and Lucas would be eating at school but I'd be there with them so it could be fun.

See you in April!
