Happy living,

This week I went by Effiloché with Lucas (he was on doctor's orders to stay out of school a few days), I picked up a few old IK issues, an Addi circ I needed to continue my Lucy cardigan and uh..... yarn! Yes, I am in need for a new stash, new yarn inspires me to knit new things, sure I could finish a few work in progress but ack! those are boring. LOL! So the Regia is now awaiting to become Bayerische socks! Have you seen Eunny's new mittens, they are SO beautiful, man how can one be that creative?

Last week I talked to Lucy Neatby while ordering her dvd series, do you know how neat that was? I've been watching the 1st dvd in small doses, it's just too good to watch all at once, so every night I watch a half hour of Lucy while knitting. Just like one enjoys a piece of dark chocolate slowly, I savor each word Lucy speaks in her soft voice. The Sock Techniques 1 dvd is the one I am currently watching, Lucy is soothing in her teaching, she is very knowledgeable and has a great way to make you learn without even knowing it. Peaking from under is the Domino blanket pattern, I just can't get enough of knitting with sock yarn. lol!

Notice the backgrounds in my pictures? The kids new duvet covers are from Ikea. I fell in love with them a few months ago and the kids just got their new beds recently, so I got to buy the duvet + covers. Let me tell you they love sleeping now. LOL! The whole family went to Ikea one evening, we had supper there and relaxed like we hadn't in such a long time. It was such a perfect evening! :)

On the gym front, I am having a blast! My trainer is really fun and I am actually eager to go exercise too. I didn't think I would like it as much, I even saw three moms that I know. We are about to start meeting and sweating together soon. teehee!

Life is good!
