Beautiful day,

Gotta love little knitting projects, the clogs I started for Lucas could be made in a day, how fun! When he saw me cast on for Zoe's poncho though he wasn't happy... what about my own project? Don't worry little one I am almost done, he couldn't be more pleased of course. LOL! We are enjoying a wonderful weekend, the sun is out, the kids have been sleeping well and everyone's in a happy mood. Tonight we are even getting the bbq out for supper, what a treat. :)

Zoe's poncho is hiding behing my oh so cute Tinkerbelle coffee mug, we went to the Disney store while in TO and they had sales, they ALWAYS have something on sale. So we got some coffee mugs for Carl and I. I thought the poncho's colors were pretty similar to the mug. It's been so warm this weekend, I feel almost silly to knit this poncho but it's what Zoe wanted. Right now, she's pretty excited about the thought of wearing it to school tomorrow and we will do whatever it takes to make her happy to go to school. LOL! The pattern I am using is from Yarn Halot although I am doing reverse yarn over's as Zoe requested no holes. She is pretty precise about what she wants. ;)

Next project in line? Well either the kids let me cast on something for myself or they will come up with something for themselves again. Oh how I wonder what it will be. teehee!
