Renovation
It's a mess in our household, more so in the bathroom. Renovations are taking place and we've been discovering more things as we go. Found a penny! WOOHOO! But most importantly we found out that in a matter in a few weeks the toilet was about to fall into the basement. LOL! Something was leaked the the bathroom's floor was about the crumble. Problem is the one day job we had planned is now turning into a few days of work.

Lucas is loving all this pounding and gets to help as much as he can. Let me tell you that using that hammer sure gets out my frustrations! I guess I've been bottling up things as Lucas had a hard time getting his hammer back. LOL!
I haven't knitted yesterday so the sweater isn't done for Lucas yet. Will work on it today, should be done before I go to sleep tonight.
Skating lessons tonight so I'll have an hour to knit there. LOL!
Have a safe weekend, oh and when you shut off the main water in your house DO let others know before that have soap in there hands! Had to wash of with bottled water. LOL!

Jo, I'm so glad your toilet didn't fall into the basement!! What a funny thought!
(I like your blog's new look, by the way -- it's easier to read, too.)
Oh no! At least you're keeping your spirits up. Was the leak coming from the old toilet? Good luck, Jo!
Oh no, bathroom renovations! My brother and sister-in-law were having their second-floor bathroom redone and it was only then that they discovered the whole floor had gotten wet and was rotting. They almost had the toilet in the living room! Good luck with the renovation. Your kids sure are cuties. Thanks for visiting my blog and yeah -- I am hoping to have a complete pair of socks by the end of next week. I don't "see" my knitting well enough to invent new techniques, so the pamphlets and patterns I found were a big help.
