Meetup.com

Last night after a crazy day at work I went to the knitting.meetup.com night. Sure, I might have been VERY fashionably late and no I wasn't wearing anything fashionable BUT what I did get was an evening of pure fun. Luckily Veronik was going so I called her to warn her about my being late, she's used to it and still insists we stay friends. LOL! ;) We left the meetup past 10pm and I made it home at 11pm. I will not be in the best of moods at work today but it was SO worth it anyways. LOL!

Also I got to see the Knit Wit book from Knitty's editor. It features many of the Knitty designs and a few new neat ones too. It was fun to get a look at the book when most people are still waiting for it. teehee! Also I saw a few designs that I actually knitted when they 1st appeared in Knitty.com and now they're in the book too. I might not knit the ice cream pint cozy but there are some cute mittens, a yoga mat bag and boxers that looked interesting. LOL!

Well off to work, this blurb took me too much time to even have breakfast, oh dear. ;)
