better!

turbo charged
You are "turbo" charged.
Fast moving and classy, you get things done with
power and grace. Your expensive tastes can be
deceiving, since what you really value is
quality and efficiency. As you're careening
around those corners in life, finishing a dozen
knitted objects each month, stop and smell the
roses. Don't miss the beauty of process!

What kind of knitting needles are you?

Day five of Lucas being ill. This morning he seems in better shape though yesterday was yet another sick day. :( He had 3 incidents, he hasn't eaten more than a few bites since sunday at lunch. Last night we heard his stomach growl, poor kid, we seems to have lost weight too. UGH!

Then as a little happy treat to him I knitted a hat and a mocassin slipper. He liked his hat for all of 10 seconds then decided he prefers purple to the namvy blue he chose just a day ago... Then the slipper was a tad too small, I know he won't wear it anyways, so to the frog pound it went. It's so hard to knit for the kids and then get such a response as "nooooooooo, I don't want to try it, I don't like it!" ACK!

Carl checked our work schedule and noticed that we are NOT sleeping in town this next week but that we are leaving monday to sleep OUT of town for two nights. Oh my goodness, I can't believe I made such a mistake, I was convinced that we were not sleeping away, good thing he checked, if we had missed the pick up time at our work place. I can tell you a few would have been pretty mad at us. So now, I have to think which knitting project shall I pack with me! LOL! Maybe I should stop searching for afterthought heel patterns and actually start to knit a pair. If I had done that at the beginning of the week, maybe I'd already have a pair mostly knitted and could have shown them off to you all. LOL!

Oh well, back to knitting, this time I'll start a project for myself and I better like it in the end! LOL! ;)
