wish list

With Christmas only a few weeks away, I thought I would come up with my *dream* wish list. Not that I would share this list with dh to get anything from it, it's meant more as a fun list to dream. It's a dream list, no budget, no nothing and it is meant to be fun. Ok so here I go.

- Trinity rings from Cartier

- Kanuk winter coat

- a NICE local yarn store

- a new bed (tired of sleeping with our futon mattress on the floor)

- Dr Martens shoes

- a family picture of dh, the kids and I

- holiday cards from friends

- move into my own house

OH and BIG news flash, well.... maybe. There is a possibility that I will spend the next weekend in Toronto! A part from yarn stores, anything I should look out for, maybe thrift stores or cheap and good places to eat! How I hope this really happens.

For more 'stylish' thrift stores, try Kensington Market (just south and west of Spadina and College) or Queen St. West, starting at Spadina and going westward. There are lots of secondhand places that are fun to browse, even if they don't have the most practical stuff! And both areas have some interesting and fairly inexpensive places to eat, especially Kensington Market. Posted by: Aven at November 10, 2003 10:02 PM

Wow! I adore those Martens! There's something I'll have to add to my own list. Enjoy your time in Toronto! Swing by Hanover if you get a chance! Posted by: Ginny at November 11, 2003 08:54 AM
