Sorry about the lack of update on actual knitting. I have been so busy in the past few days that knitting hasn't been happening! I did finally start the heel part of the 1st sock using HotSox yarn. Lucas kept waking up last night so I couldn't knit much. I never quite know where I'm at when knitting a short row heel. Did I just wrap this stitch or not!? So confusing to me, all the stitches look the same! ;)

Thought I'd post a picture of that dear sweet guy that brought me home some Regia yarn 2 days ago. In the pic you can see him hand sewing a hem on some pants. He's so cute, don't go say he's sweet 'cause he likes to think he's this big mean machine kinda guy! ;) Some days are good and others are bad but I sure love that guy o'mine! :)

He can sew, cook and even knit, though he prefers to crochet! He's got it all and I'm keeping him, well..... for yarn and a few patterns, I might be willing to lend him for the weekend. He can make and repair just about anything and he's got a few good jokes to say too! LOL!

Have a great day! Tonight is my first knitting meetup, I'll be physically sick all day with stomach cramps and all, just because I am nervous. I am SO shy it's not even funny. People that know me can't believe it, I feel so comfortable with people once I know them, it's the getting to meet and know them part that really terrifies me. I'm such a baby, that's why dh will be coming with me, for support! He can push me in the door when I get there and decide I'm too scared/shy to go in. ;)
