Today is a mixed emotion day for me, dh went to work. Yayaya, everyone needs to work but I truely love it when he is home most of the time. He is my best friend and we have been enjoying our time together so much these past few weeks. It's hard to see him go this morning. Sure enough he will be back for supper, I hope! ;) He will probably make new friends on the 1st day 'cause he is that kind of guy. Oh dear, it'll be a looooong day. ;)

It's official Zoe is now a little figure skating student, lessons start next week. She couldn't be happier, we even got to see some "big" girls skating last night aka 6-7 year olds! LOL! She was beaming and when Zoe beams, mommy is happy. :)

Oh dear, this is a knitting blog, ok back to the main subject then. Yes, I did knit last night and completed the fourth repeat of 5. I couldn't be more pleased with this shawl, it truely is a pleasure to knit. :) As you can see in the picture I just finished my 1st ball and not quite sure what to do now. Should I try the russian join? I have never tried that before. My yarn is a pretty thin 4-ply, I hope it will work.
