S, for Sick AGAIN!!!

Well... we are sick again, mostly both kids and I. :( I'm tired of us being sick! It's starting to get exensive to buy cough syrup every week especially since it's for nothing and then I buy another bottle the next week. ARGH! The last syrup I bought was from a homeopathic company, I always prefer to go the more natural, safer route when the kids are concerned. Now I'm thinking it was crap, 10 freakin' dollars that I can't afford just spending, down the drain. Tomorrow either we go back to the health clinic or I go back to the pharmacy and emcourage another pharmacology company. Grrr....

That said the kids probably can't go to daycare tomorrow afternoon. Today they didn't go and I missed my mommy group. I just didn't have the energy to go talk with a bunch of moms! LOL! Luckily my mom did make us waffles! :) Then I napped for most of the afternoon, that shows that I'm sick! LOL! I never take the time to nap. I'm still tired though, guess I'll start taking some vitamins or something. It's getting VERY cold outside and we can't take the kids to play out at these temps. Hopefully the winter will be nice though, a few nice snowfalls but not to many freazing cold days. I can dream.

The other day Zoe pushed Lucas and he fell flat on his face. Nose started bleeding! UGH! The pleasures of being a mom. :( Lucas did go on the potty the other day, I might have written about it though! It was pretty exciting! :) Now all he wants to do is walk around naked. My precious little baby is growing up too fast. I still want to wrap him up in a blankey and just hold him all day but he won't let me! LOL! ;)

I haven't knitted much today, maybe 10 minutes, if that! ACK! My first sock is now 4inches long woohoo! oh that's just the leg part! LOL! The pattern says to knit 11" for the leg but I'm going to stop at 8", it's taking long enough as it is, I can't wait to start working on the heel and foot part. It's the hardest part but anything other than knitting ribbing will be nice! LOL!

hugs, eyes are wanting to sleep.
